Since moving to Ventura in 1984, Eric has been very active in the South Coast building community. He has worked on a range of projects from concrete tilt-ups in Oxnard to a car wash and gas station in Camarillo to ultra, high-end, custom residential projects in Westlake, Malibu and Beverly Hills.
The son of a concrete man, it is understandable why Eric believes that building great homes starts with a solid foundation. Eric enjoys interacting with people and is an excellent communicator – an important set of skills he brings to each of his building projects. Eric came to Allen Associates excited about the opportunity to help individuals and families incorporate the green and environmentally sustainable concepts he learned while earning his degree from the Environmental Studies program at UC Santa Barbara.
In his free time, Eric enjoys camping, surfing and hiking along the California coast with his wife Trisha and twin daughters Kenya and Anika.
