Zac Shore, who is passionate about green building, came to California from the East Coast (via Massachusetts and North Carolina) to attend West Coast Green, the largest green building conference on the West Coast. It was there that he heard that Allen Associates was one of the leading green builders in California. The day after the conference was over Zac drove to Santa Barbara from San Francisco, walked into our office and asked for a job. He started with our Built-to-Ship division and soon thereafter, due to his high level building skills, moved to our Custom Building division. Zac is currently managing one of our company’s greenest and most complicated projects – the Victoria Garden Mews. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional.
Zac has been building since before he was in high school. Talented and resourceful, Zac paid his way through college using his construction skills. When not at work, Zac builds furniture for himself and friends. You also might find him at a concert at the Santa Barbara Bowl or surfing at one of his favorite surf spots.
