Renovation of an existing 8,500 sq. ft. commercial building into a new design center for Hayward Lumber Company. The project brought together a team dedicated to implementing sustainable principles in a state-of-the-art center for the construction industry as well as for the individual homeowner. The project utilizes principles of sustainable design and innovative thinking in all aspects of building function, water and energy conservation, environmentally sensitive materials, and indoor environmental quality.
