Residential Remodel
Over the years, our company has performed multiple remodeling projects for this Montecito family. The goal of the current project was to provide a separate living space for the owner’s daughter and her family. Project elements included the construction of a new family room, bathroom and bedroom as well as the remodel of an existing bathroom, bedroom, hallway and laundry. The new landscape features drought tolerant plantings and site work that includes new retaining walls, stairs, flagstone hardscape and a bridge over an intermittent creek running through the property.
