Allen Associates not only builds new homes from the ground up, we also remodel existing homes and build new additions. Depending on the size and scope of a project, we will bring the resources necessary to make it happen. Like on our custom home projects, our crews provide attentive supervision plus concrete work, rough and finish carpentry, and waterproof detailing.
Over many years, we have established strong relationships with a wide range of trade contractors who have demonstrated the highest form of craftsmanship and customer service. Because of our long history and these successful relationships, trade contractors actively seek to work with us, and are often more competitive with their bids. These strong ongoing relationships allow us to get special attention on our jobs. Our Ventura and Santa Ynez field offices allow us to know about quality, competitive workers from both North County and Ventura areas.
As we have grown we have learned to skillfully manage multiple projects, schedules and personnel at one time. When smaller companies get busy, the attention paid to a given project can be reduced, thereby causing quality to suffer – which is not the case with a company like Allen Associates.
