Project Superintendent

Project Superintendents schedule and supervise all aspects of construction projects. They need to be organized and efficient in completing project administration paperwork and in preparing estimates and bids, including change orders. They also need to be well versed in all aspects of construction. Familiarity with green building practices a plus. Must have own transportation, tools, and a clean DMV record.

Journeyman Carpenter

Solid experience in all aspects of residential carpentry required. Familiarity with green building practices a plus. Must have own transportation, tools, and a clean DMV record.
