Skye is a Santa Barbara native and part of a prominent local environmental family. After receiving an MBA from Baruch College, he ran an art gallery in New York City for 10 years. When it came time to start his family, he returned to Santa Barbara, a place more suitable for young children. Skye has mastered construction in short order, just as he does everything. Because of his environmental upbringing, he has become an exemplar for sustainable building practices. Currently, Skye oversees a team of 17 supervisors, journeymen and apprentices that concentrates on projects in the $450K to $950K range. Some of his commercial projects include the Hayward Design Center and various contracts with UCSB. Skye lives in downtown Santa Barbara where he loves taking his wife and two small children on "adventures."
